What is the Booking Process?
Once you have submitted the contact questionnaire, I will look over your info and call or email you shortly after. From there we will discuss your wants and needs and I will send over a packet with different packages and associated contracts.
Why do you not include prints in your packages?
There are so many quality places you can use to print from around the country, I can save you money by sending a "Print Release" with our contract.
I do offer prints, but they are separate from my packages and available to purchase straight from your private gallery!
Can I get the RAW files?
RAW files are unavailable to clients. These are the legal proof of who took the image and who owns copyright to the images. These are unfinished, unedited and ofter times 100mb or larger requiring software to edit. Commercial release of use and personal release of use are included in final jpgs.
How long is your turnaround
Depending on the scope of the the project, I can usually turn images around in a week for average size projects and within 30 days for large scale projects.
HOw far do you travel?
Anywhere! 30 miles of Youngstown Ohio is incuded with milage added over the 30 miles. Any project requiring overnight stay would be factored into the cost of the project including airfare, rentals, meals and residency.
I have a weird photography idea I want to try
Great! I love unique ideas! as long as it is not illegal or causing harm to persons, property or animals, we can brainstorm!

Memory Mill took a couple hundred real estate-style photos of our student housing options over the course of a weekend and had them edited and returned to us very quickly. Brian is highly skilled, dependable, and easy to work with. Our photos came out fantastic, and we feel the package was an excellent value for everything he accomplished.
